My first baby is sixteen weeks old and the last week or so he won't drink as much milk as normal. He's had an upset stomach the past two days and seems to be chewing his fingers. Could he be teething or something else? X

My DD stopped drinking milk few weeks after I started weaning. HV suggested it was normal with some babies, as they like food better than milk. But in your case is probably upset stomach or teething as you suspect. Or have you changed his formula? Always trust your instinct, if he does not improve, speak to your HV or GP. Check for raised temperature, check his mouth for irritation or whiteness on tong. And remember that babies eat well some days and don't other days.
