early to bed?

Got 10 7 & 4 yr olds.
All go to bed at 7.30-8.00.
4yr old needs to get to bed earlier but won't without his brothers! Anyone have this prob and have you got the answer?

Cant the 4 and 7yr old go at this time but 10 yr old have extra time or do they share room?

Can you not stagger bed times?

It's the rule in my house even though it's just with too.Bambi gets half an hour extra when thumper has gone to bed.

Thumper gets special treats that Bambi doesn't get.

7 and 4yr old share room,
I think in time they will go to bed before 10yr old, but it's so hard to stick to your guns when your trying to get a smooth bed time and the're all arguing about times!!!
7yr old goes out like a light,but 4yr old stays awake for hours!!!
