Milk, appetite and 16 month old

How much milk should a 16 month old be drinking? DS has about 140ml each morning and max 180ml at bedtime (and sippy cup of water throughout the day). He's generally a good eater, but has taken to rejecting all/most of his porridge, eating snack at 10-ish (orange/a few mini breadsticks/bowl of grapes), not eating much lunch, eating snack and then maybe eating tea about 5pm. He usually eats one of his proper meals each day plus snacks.

Till now he's always been a good eater (and DD has always eaten well), so I'm intrigued as to what's up with him. He's pretty big for his age (he now wears 18-24 months, and has done for months, but is long rather than stocky, IYSWIM). On the one hand I figure he's not going to let himself fade away, but then again, I'm starting to worry just a little.

Any comments on his milk/food intake, or any tips on how to get him to eat more?

It's 300 ml of full fat cows milk per day until he's 2 and that includes he milk used in things like porridge/custard/yogurt/rice pudding

Is he having his breakfast before his morning milk?

He also seems to be having a HUGE mid morning snack. Perhaps just cut that down to either an orange or a few grapes.

sorry, I should have made it clear that morning snack is orange or grapes or bread sticks.

So, maybe it's just a timing thing- he usually has his milk before porridge, so maybe I need to switch that around. He usually has one other dairy product per day (and our porridge is made on milk), so I'm happy he's getting enough milk. Maybe it's just the morning milk throwing it all off (and then he has too much snack, so not enough lunch).

Cheers
