10 week old having a growth spurt? feeding and being quite sicky..

I think my ds is having his 12 week growth spurt.. He was 2 weeks over due so that would make him the right age ( if it works like that?)
He is very tired in the day recently and at night eats every 1-2 hours after midnight.
He is however sicking up after most feeds. Not all of it but i figure he's tummy isnt big enough to take the extra milk ? Anyone else found this?

How long has it been going on for? Have you read this on growth spurts? Does it sound like what's happening?
