13mo height and weight

My 13mo is 99th centile for weight and 'of the scale' for height.

Is this therefore ok? I.e. is it fine that her weight is high if she is obviously very tall for her age.

Anyone else had similar?

yy, that's good. The weight and height centiles should be relatively close.

So, ideally if her height is off the scale then her weight 'should' be too.

Yes this is fine. Like notmarlene says height and weight centiles would ideally be roughly similar.

And don't worry about it too much anyway, as it could all change in a few yearrs. For instance my 5 yo was on at the top of chart for both height / weight at this age. Now she's 50th for height and less for weight. So big baby / toddler but now average height and on the slim side.

HCPs don't measure height until children are over 2, because it's so hard to do accurately and a centimetre can make an enormous difference, so I would ignore the height chart for now. Body proportions will change radically over the next two or three years.
