Son, 2.11, pluralizes everything with -ses

E.g. Trainses, carses etc. should we be correcting him or not worry about it at this age?

I wouldn't correct him as such, just say it correctly after him, so he can hear how it should be said. Eventually he'll copy you.

Sorry that was really flippant, I do agree with previous poster, I wouldn't be concerned at this age.

I agree you should just repeat it back to him correctly: 'Where are my trainses?" " Your trains are in the toy box." No need to point out the error.

I teach 6 and 7 year olds, some of whom still do this (to a lesser extent) English is a tricky language that does make much sense so I wouldn't worry
