Looking for a bit of advice on how to stop DD biting. She's bit both DS's, DP and I. I'm currently sporting a bite mark on my arm. We're worried she will do this in nursery.

None of the boys did this so have no experience of it. Should say her brothers are 13 and 14 (not sure if that's relevant). TIA.

My DS who is now 2.6 used to bite, although he was abit younger than your DD when he did it. He stopped when he was about 2 although still nearly bit DP a few times since.

With him it was def at attention thing as it was when we were involved in doing something else. HV told me to totally ignore him and to make a real fuss of the person that it bit. Thankfully he never bit another child.

What is your DD's talking like? DS seemed to grow out of it when he could talk better

She does struggle with speaking. We are waiting for her appointment with a speech and language therapist. She had a lot of viral infections which affected her hearing when she shouldve been grasping talking.
