My 6 month old has been a very poor sleeper since the word go. She hs started to smiile but will not make eye contact and will scream blue murder if she
thinks a stranger is looking at her. She also seemsvto have her mouth open permanently with her tongue stuck out. Does this sound normal.?the hv has called her a high needs baby, poor feeder and sleeper.

Have you expressed your concerns to your HV or GP? Not making eye contact at 6 months seems very unusual, for example.

You are concerned and that is enough reason to take it further.

Time to see your GP as the HV doesn't seem to have been much help.

She can sit and support her head but cannot roll

You need to get a thorough development check with a paediatrician. Push for one.
I'm not an HCP but what you describe sound like developmental delays or they could be if you see what I mean.
