11 month old biting Everything

DS is 11 months and bites. A lot. Me, DH, brother, sofa, table. I am worried for puncture wounds in my leather sofa!! And ut hurts uf he gets us by surprise. It's like having a puppy. Any ideas? He thinks it's hilarious.

As far as I'm aware, it's just what they do! DD is a year and does the same

Older DS never did it! I am glad an not alone! Hope he they outgrow it soon....

We have teeth marks in our window sill
Dt's are both biters, they used to lunge at me and bite the back of my legs, I think they enjoyed hearing me make a funny yelp noise.
It's just a phase could be teething or just enjoy the feeling of different textures between his teeth.
