1 yo 1 nap or 2?

Just wondered what you did?

DS had 2 usually at that age.

30 mins at about 10.30am and 2 hrs 1.30-3.30. He would go longer, but I think that's enough!

One 2.5 hr nap. Mine nap 12.30-3pm.

What made you do to 1 nap? if you don't mind me asking!

Did your DC nap for that long when they went to 1nap?

My 13 month old has one 2-3 hr nap a day and has done nice 9 months. She dropped the morning nap herself.

My wee boy had 2 2 hour naps at that age lol and was grumpy if he didn't have them. He was also a great sleeper at night time!

My DS is just one and he has 35 mins a day. He's never been one for sleeping...!

We do the one nap as we often go out to groups or seeing friends in the morning, then when we come home we have lunch and then it's nap time & i try to clean the house. Dd wouldn't sleep again if she slept in the morning.

Two. The average for dropping to one is 15 months. I just found that they wouldn't sleep at night if they didn't get enough sleep in the day.

Ds1 had 2 naps until he went to nursery 3 days a wk at 11.5mo, he then dropped down to 1 long afternoon nap, he would occasionally have a morning nap on his non nursery days but not often.

15m, generally she has one 1,5-2 hr nap. I think she would like 2 still but it's impossible to manage around achool pick up and her going to bed early enough in the evening to give me tv time

My dd1 has one snooze at 1pm ish for an hour
