Eczema 14mo ds: laundry liquids

Ds has had eczema for around 2 months, nothing too bad, he has a round patch at the back of his neck (which he unfortunately can reach and scratch) and clusters of tiny dots down his back.

I've been using first skin salvation ointment and then swapped to lanolin and it has improved quite a lot (especially the round patch), but it's not clearing up. I have now decided to swap washing liquid (i use ver small amounts anyway) and woul like somme reccommendations. Has anyone used bio-d or skinnies?

My DF's dermatologist recommended the sensitive washing tablets from M&S. They're all he can use.

The only ones that I can use without my DH or DS having an excema flare up is Surcare, Simply sensitive or M&S sensitive. HTH

Thanks a lot to you both, I'll have a look online. I am not in the UK so was hoping to get something off amazon, but it seems they don't have surcare or M&S.
