3 month old napping problem

Looking for some reassurance!

My dd of 3 months sleeps well at night, going down about 6/7pm until 6-8 am with a 3 am feed in between. She settles and sleeps well in her cot as she is usually drowsy by that time of day.

The problem is that during the day I struggle to settle her for naps. She needs quite a few as she gets tired easily, but the only way she will calm enough to fall asleep is on my shoulder walking about. No sitting, no settling in her cot/ chair, no dropping off of her own accord. I will try and get out with the pram most days to give my arms a rest!

I just wanted to know if anyone had similar stories and if so, how long did this stage last?

Can't complain about night time!! Xx

can't offer reassurance exactly as mine is a rubbish sleeper all round but he has gone through stages like this and come out the other side to nap in his cot again.
Just wanted to suggest - have you got a sling or other carrier you could use, save your arms?
