Dd 18m is still showing all the signs of teething despite all her teeth being through. Top canines are about half through but in the past the pain has stopped as soon as there through the gum. With tese one sit stopped but now she's back chewing everything hitting her mouthing and waking at night.

I think they are still teething until the teeth are fully through and in position. My DD was a very late teether with her first not appearing until almost 14 months and its been a very slow progression ever since. Her final teeth (second set of molars) only reared their heads just before her 3rd birthday but she still has days of movement (accompanied by red cheeks and cranky behaviour) then they stop for a while. She is 3yrs 4mth now and looking at these last 4 teeth they look at least 75% through now I think so fingers crossed it won't be much longer. One thing I would say to cheer you up though is that the impact reduces with age and if it wasn't for the odd bit of cranky behaviour I wouldn't even notice it's happening these days.

She has 18 teeth at 18m so expecting a break before the toddler molars. Maybe there just shifting a bit.
