My 6yr old won't stop sniffing it's driving me crazy, not sure on the right strategy to bring it to an end?

Drives you nuts doesn't it! I try to encourage the use of a handkerchief but no doubt it's one of those long term projects. Phrases such as "snuffly noses need blowing" ... will be watching for more advice!
