Early morning terrors???

Please advise!

My two year old girl has recently started HYSTERICALLY crying and screaming like someone is trying to get her at wake up time. Usually 630-730am.

So it's not in the night. She sleeps through, just recently she's started doing this like something is giving her a fright in the morning?

It can't be the dark as she's always gone to be in te dark, not a problem when she's going to bed.

Again this morning

I had exactly the same with my 21mo. He started one morning about 6am. The next night, he wouldn't go to sleep alone and started waking in the night too. Then the day nap followed the same pattern. I don't know if they get nightmares - seems so young. My sis says they see ghosts .

I've got him back into a routine (out of cot, into bed, sit with him til asleep, slow withdrawal) by reassuring him.

It's horrible it's every morning. At wake up time (usually 7am) and she just cries an cries. This morning she said incy spider was in her bed
