Feeling like the "bad" one?

Whenever I have those stressful days at home or especially hard dinner time hour... And daddy walks in with all the praise, smiles, and fun - this just makes me feel like the baddy for telling dd off for throwing her food. Not eating her food. Losing my patience by putting her in the other room whilst I finish feeding dd2. The one who's raised her voice whene she didn't want to but felt I had no choice. And then daddy comes in (unknowingly being all chirpy to see us all that I've had a stressful afternoon)

Hmm

I feel rubbish

Ah it is hard isn't it? No advice just a manly pat on the back and

It IS hard - but honestly, when they are bigger they know who does the "parenting" bit and you are the one they talk to about stuff, whose rules and moral standards they follow. Daddy is fun, Mummy gets to drip feed all manner of useful things....It does balance out - honest Wink

And I hasten to add, it works equally the other way round.
