I'm just wondering what age you sat your DCs up in a pram.
My DD is three months and is now far too nosy to lie in the carrycot part. The other option is the car seat bit- thus bad for her back.
The carry cot bit sits up, into a seat with a buggy bar. I have a cosy toes and sheepskin liner and it can face me or front face.
I'd just like some advice please as I notice in Coronation Street Tyrones baby has been in a stroller since birth which I thought was frowned up

We had DS in the pushchair from the time we thought his head control was good enough to sit upright(ish) with a rolled blanket around his head for a bit of extra support, so I think around 3-4 months. At 6.5 months I still have him facing me, and don't intend turning him around any time soon, because I love seeing his face and talking to him whenever we're out, and so does his dad. Yep, we look like loons

our 1st buggy had a really big seat so ds1 looked lost in it, but it was summer so no liner or anything. ds2 was itching to be sat up around 3months old to see what was going on so I got a stroller suitable from birth with a recline and put him in there.
what buggy have you got?

I have the Obaby ZeZu if anyone fancies giving me some ideas?

Strollers are fine from birth if they fully recline. In fact I think they're considered to be better than the car seat ones.

I swapped DD2 into the stroller seat at 4 months and did with DD1 at 5 months

Think I got DD into maclaren stroller at 3/4 months. It could fully recline if needed, eg if she was sleeping, but actually she hated it fully reclined so we had it in pushchair or slightly reclined if she looked dozy.

We had a pushchair (iCandy Peach) with a carrycot suitable for 0-6 months, but by 4 months DS was way too curious & wanted to see stuff, so we started using the seat thingie. We'd keep it in the almost flat position most of the time but DS was much happier to be able to see.

5 months here.... But as soon as we did it I felt guilty for not doing it sooner!!

I had DD in Maclaren stroller from 4 months, same as Tgger ^^

Was more for my benefit as I couldn't be doing with getting on the bus/train with my massive Quinny pram, but it doesn't seem to have done her any harm!

Baby number 2 will be going straight into a suitable from birth stroller!

Some pushchairs are suitable from birth, such as the one Tyrone uses on Corrie.

I've just moved DD (5 months) into the pushchair of the iCandy Strawberry. It's supposed to be for 6 months upwards but she's a big baby (98th centile) and has good overall strength and head control. She seems very comfy in it. She hated the carry cot beyond 8 weeks so we have been using the car seat attached to the iCandy chassis for short trips out or our Baby Jogger City Mini for longer ones which is suitable from birth but isn't parent facing and I perfer to have her facing me as much as possible.

Thank you for your advice! I swapped her to sitting up, and I might have got a owl rather than a baby, she is that nosy.
She loved it- keeps shrieking at the dog as we walk!!!
