Am I being paranoid?

My ten week old doesn't follow objects with his eyes, never looks directly at us or retains eye contact, doesn't follow sounds and rarely 'coos'.

It's been playing on my mind a bit as he seems so different to my elder child at that age but I have been telling myself every child is different.

However we got the home videos out last night and the difference at the same age is very apparent.

Has anyone any experience of this?

10 weeks is very little still, iirc the milestones are quite flexible at that age?

My three have all been very different and reached milestones at completely different ages often leaving me worried. I think, as it is concerning you, you should raise it with your health visitor or GP.
