Two year old waking up crying at wake up time?

She usually wakes up happy as can be, but this week she's been waking up at 6am ish hysterically crying. She has teeth coming but never been this bad with them, could it be that she is sometimes fussy at dinner time lately and is waking up hungry?

Could be, have you tried giving her ibuprofen half an hour before dinner and then applying a teething gel huts before? She could also be in pain when she wakes.
