tales of two year old control freakery

Amongst many other control freak things my dd does, she wakes up in the middle of the night having a tantrum because her pyjama bottoms have worked their way up her legs and the ends of the trousers are no longer covering her ankles. She lifts her legs up so she can pull the trousers straight but of course they fall down again and so the saga continues...

Is this normal behaviour? May be others can reassure me with their tales of two year old weirdness.

Errrm, quite normal, maybe put her in a nightie or a onesie till she gets over it. My 1yr old had tantrum as his ride on car would not fit in the washing machine - sign of things to come me thinks. My friends 2 year old wakes up cross that her teddy is not exactly where she put it before she fell asleep (and threw it to the end of the bed)

Ohmydays you need snuggle fit pyjamas.

DS used to get very cross if someone vwas drinking tea from the 'wrong' mug. He even pulled a cup of tea out of my dad's hand (and all over himself) once, shouting 'no, that mummy's!'

He's 3.7 now, and to be honest he still gets a bit funny if things aren't how he thinks they should be.
