Can anyone recommend a book about bodies for a 4 year old?

Quite graphic, if possible, ie I want something that doesn't skirt around issues like the digestive system including poo and farts and burps, and about willies etc (not necessarily sex although I'm not bothered if that's included as we'll have to talk about it at some point anyway).

Would also be helpful if it had something about germs and why it's not a great idea to stick hands down pants and then continue eating lunch Hmm

Any ideas??

I remember having this www.usborne.com/catalogue/catalogue.aspx?id=25
Perhaps a bit old for your DC but the pictures are things you could talk through.

The usborne flip flap body book is quite good - my now almost 6 year old has been fascinated by it for a couple of years. www.amazon.co.uk/Flip-Flap-Body-Book-Happens/dp/0746033621/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1351892567&sr=8-1

We have had the flip flap book for a wee while now, it is really good for younger children. My 4 year old DD has read it more times than I can care to mention and wanted more information so we got this, www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1409520099/?tag=hydra0b-21&hvadid=9550949589&ref=asc_df_1409520099

it's a great follow on, real photos as well as clear diagrams and meatier content.
