Hi my dd is 22 mo and seems to be very tired at the moment. She is starting to fall asleep an hour before bed time and has been in bed early all week because of this. She has been having her usual day time nap and she is sleeping brilliant overnight as she would normally. She is also waking later than usual. She is her normal self other than this. Is it just a growth spurt or should I get her checked out? Thanks for reading Limy

Is she also eating for Britain? When my two start eating more than usual and sleeping a lot it usually means a growth spurt.

She might have a slight cold or virus that means she needs just a bit more sleep but is otherwise ok. My ds (almost 2) really fluctuates with waking times. 2 weeks 6/6.30 then 2 weeks 7/7.30. But he's been sleeping 'late' loads recently due to dark mornings. Every cloud etc.
