2hr bedtime battle HELP!

My DS aged 3 is very difficult but generally good at going to bed. Tonight he has so far been up for 2 hrs refusing to sleep. I don't know why or what is wrong & as this has never happened before I don't know what to do.
Can anyone help? Think I'm loosing my mind!!!!

I would do, but I'm trying not to lose my rag with my 4yo!

I feel ur pain. Eventually I left him & he was tired enough to go back to bed. It's just I hate leaving him when he's got the run of upstairs.

How has ur night gone?

She appeared at 9pm wanting a wee then gave up after that.

Phew. Here's hoping tomorrow night is easier!

This is normal every once in a while, don't stress. I know it is hell when they are up but if your child usually goes to bed ok, maybe they are just over-wrought, feeling unwell, or unsettled for some reason.
