Wetting during the day - help

My 3 1/2 year old dd has been dry during the day since the age of 2. Over the last few weeks, she has started having more and more accidents. Most of the time she appears to wait too long before going to the toilet and wets a bit. We're now at the stage where I am having to change her 3 times a day.
I have been to G_P who did a urine test to discount any organic cause - but all was fine. She appears to have no other worries, eats and sleeps well and generally enjoys life. I think she just gets distracted and forgets. I'm getting increasingly frustrated - can anyone suggest anything?.....

Has she just started nursery or anything?

No, nothing has changed much to her routine recently.
Up until now I haven't made a big deal of the wetting - simply saying "Oh, you're wet, let's change you so you don't get sore." However with 3xthe washing each day, I'm starting to feel quite frustrated.

A new bathroom or different pants?
