Really at a loss as to what to do with DS1. His behaviour over the last 6 months has deteriorated so dramatically, he has gone from being a really gentle, loving boy to an absolute horror. Snatching toys and hitting other children at pre school, and when the staff tried to take him to the side to talk to him he hit and kicked her 
. At home he can be very good, and is very loving and cuddly, but once he starts to get a little bit naughty its like he can't snap out of it, then as soon as I put him in time out it turns into a battle of wills.
I have a DS2 who is 13 months, and a very tiny house, so sometimes I think the problems arise from a lack of space at home so we are always on top of each other, but he can be just as bad when we are out. I have tried reward charts and praise, time outs etc but I just don't know what to do now. I could cope with him being naughty with me, but now that it has spilled over into nursery I'm getting more worried. He just doesn't listen, especially when he gets over excited. He is also being difficult when my parents have him whilst I am at work, and I can't let it get to the stage where they can no longer cope, as I have no other option for childcare.
Any advice? I'm so worried about tomorrow as my DH is away and I am working 7.30am-7.45pm, so he will be with my parents for the morning and pre school in the afternoon so I will hardly see him, and don't want my parents to be struggling
