Tooth growing behind baby teeth...

I have a 13 month old and have just noticed whist we were playing that there is a tiny tooth growing behind his front two teeth... Has anyone else had this and have any information on it. I'm guessing we should make a visit to the dentist. Thanks.

My sister had the same, hers was pointy like a little fang!
Dentist didnt do anything then, it fell out on its own when her top teeth fell out.
She did need a brace on her top teeth then, but so do lots of people, not sure if it was anything to do with the extra tooth...?

ds had this too.
Dentist wont touch, baby tooth will just fall out by itself.

DNeice proudly shows hers off as her 'shark tooth'.
