Any ideas what i can do for my sons first birthday? And what to get him?

We just had what was supposed to be a bbq but ended in bad weather so was an indoor bbq get together with family and mum friends any friends that wanted to help celebrate.

For a present we got him a smart trike best present ever he still loves and uses it now at 2.3.

We had a small family get together as I didn't want to stress over hosting. Got DD a xylophone and walker with blocks. She loves both.

We had a joint party in a church hall with the other families in our NCT group. We did a 'secret santa' style present swap.

DD's birthday is near Christmas so I forget what presents were for what event but we and other family got a little wooden trike, an outfit, a sandpit, easel and craft stuff (too early IMO), musical instruments and a brick trolley.
