Please can someone help me? re 3 weeks old baby

Hello ladies,I am posting here as I am very close to a breakdown, I have enough.
Background-
My DD is 3 weeks old today,never been easy baby but until last Tuesday she was manageable ,but now is just one hell when she's awake.

She's my 3 baby,born on time,normal delivery,no painkillers, exclusively brestfeed
From the minute she pop out she screaming blue murder when she's awake,I am devastated,also I've been diagnosed PND and I am on stretline,which I am taking since Sunday ,and to add to this I have mastitis so today started penicillin .
I am giving her infacol and colief on advise of HV, I have taken her to cranial osteopath last Tuesday,as I thought maybe is down to very quick delivery and that is why she's so unsellted.
I am at end of my tether,maybe any of you nice ladies have any idea what else I can do?

Might she have reflux? I hear it can be really painful for them. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will be along soon. In the meantime, have a friendly pat on the shoulder :) and some virtual earplugs

I would take her to the gp and ask for help, specifically about reflux.

Is she worse when put down? Might a sling help? Sorry if i'm not being helpful and you've already tried this.

+-Is there someone who can look after her for a couple of hours while you have some time to yourself?

You might just need a quick break from it all.

I would give her to your husband and go to bed, she'll be absolutely fine with a bottle of formula or two.
set the alarm every three hours and express.
You'll/she'll feel so much better in a day.
NB I've got three and had mastitis with the last two

Could she be hungrier than you think?

sounds very much like my first, is she better when held upright and cuddled?

how's feeding going? Is she sick at all? could be reflux, don't give formula if you don't want to and especially in these early Weeks when you are establishing you're supply. No reason why you can't have a couple of hours to your self if you're DH takes the baby she won't starve.

Mastitis could be a sign something's up with the latch - might be worth posting about this in Breast and Bottle Feeding?

It is very normal for babies to not want to be put down. But if she's unhappy even when she's held, even in a sling, then I would be talking to doctors, or BF specialists.

Is she feeding enough? Do you feed on demand? This will get better though. Mastitis is grim and that on top of a grumbly baby and PND is enough to make anyone feel like they can't cope. Hope it gets better soon.

I went to GP this morning and she send me to hospital to see pead,but he said that she's fine and he can't find anything wrong with her,which is relief but I was hoping for some answer:-(
I just don't know what else we can do?
I don't know how I'm going to cope?
Her screaming is already pushing me to the limit:-(
And on top of that I feel very sorry for our DD1,as she is only 2 and half,very livley girl and all what she's hearing is just-shushh,baby is sleeping and go play on your own mummy is busy/tired
I will try sling one more time,as she didn't liked last time and also to give her some formula,maybe she's hungry?

what type of sling have you already tried? if it was a baby bjorn i'm not surprised she didn't like it.
try a wrap sling like Moby. my dd lived in hers and it made life so much quieter.

like others have said keeping her upright as much as poss might help.

Right, it's the weekend. Get the tv, internet and phone in your bedroom and get into bed with your baby. Stay there all weekend and have someone else bring you food. Feed and feed and feed and cuddle and cuddle and cuddle and sleep lots.
