My 3 year old dd licks everything. I'm slightly concerned.

She's always been a child who explores with her mouth but she still does it frequently. And she licks things.... I find it odd as I notice no other children her age doing this. Will she grow out of it when she gets better impulse control? (she still can't help but touch things she's told not to touch)

Still, I thought they were supposed to have impulse control by now. She's 3y 4m.

wouldn't worry too much, all i can say is that from about 5m old my ds chewed/licked/sucked all his baby toys, and he didn't have one whole book as a toddler as he chewwed them all up, also just had a flash back of him sucking tags/labels(i see there is now a soft book with tags on it, my ds would have loved this when he was a bay)

Oh yes, our buggy book disintegrated bfore she reached one. I pushed it around with one dog eared-chewed page hanging off the connector for so long.

She licks the table too.
