My DD is 21 months and was quite a late walker, so is only now getting her second pair of shoes. She is point blank refusing to wear them and gets quite upset if I try to put them on her when we go out.
Her old ones still fit, just about (the lady in the shoe shop said the'yd be fine for now), so I can take my time but I'm not sure how to tackle it. At the moment I'm just leaving them around for her to play with (which she will do) and not forcing the issue.
Has anyone else had this? Any tips?
