Ds (20 months) lost appetite and refusing most foods

My ds was a good eater until a month ago. Picked up and ate variety of foods and also enjoyed being spoonfed mashed food. Never picked up fruit to eat, but would eat it mashed.

For at least a month my ds has been getting increasingly pickier. Now all he will eat is cereal, yoghurt, toast, fruit pots (not fresh fruit mashed), omelette, fish fingers and breaded chicken. Absolutely nothing else. Screams and cries at sight of foods he enjoyed before, would far rather have nothing than eat them. He would eat baby crisps and rice cakes and cereal bars, and I do give them now and then for q snack, but it's worrying me he won't eat proper nutritional meals.

Am giving him vit supplements. Anyone got any additional ideas, or see something I may be doing wrong?

TIA

Give him what he likes and don't make a scene if he refuses anything. No rules about how much he should eat or what he should eat. Be supportive and cheerful. Offer new foods without any pressure, allow a basic alternative of something you know he will eat if he refuses to try the new food.
