I've not had one but I'm about to write a few...

Oh that's handy for me. Health and social care - what does that involve/entail? Also making relationships? I will chat to the nursery staff when I go in next, but just wondered what they actually meant? Also how do the age bandings work?!

Personal, Social and Emotional Development has three sections, Making relationships, Self confidence and self-awareness and Managing feelings and behaviour. The observations and their age bandings are on p8 onwards of the Development Matters pdf.

I'm not sure about Health and social care but there is no universal format for the 2y check report, sorry.

They are basically to ensure that any possible difficulties are detected. It's all about early intervention. They should cover the three prime areas of the new EYFS: Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Communication and Language and Physical Development.
