My darling dc3, who is three years old has recently started screaming at the top of her voice if there is even a sniff of not getting her own way. Until now, there has been a bit if this sort of thing, but generally she is a delightful little thing. She really goes for it and is not remotely embarrassed even in public. Thinking of dusting off 'Toddler Taming' but wondering if anyone has any other suggestions? Have I broken her?

Btw, when I asked her last night why she had spent the day screaming she replied 'I just wanted to get my own way'. So she definitely knows what she is doing.

Yes, Terrible Twos is a lie. It's the Truly Horrendous Threes.

Just ignore her. Be consistent. Don't give in.

She'll outgrow it. Some day...
