Dd has been in a crap mood since coming out of school today! Now she is having a complete meltdown because she isn't allowed a treat as she didn't eat her broccoli! I know this is normal, but dd screaming and crying in my house drives me insane! I really can't stand her doing this!

If I wanted this to stop ASAP I could cuddle her etc, but if asked her many times to stop her tantrum and she won't so u really don't want to comfort her now and encourage her!

Unfortunately DD1 is only turning three later this year. But didn't want to read and run. DD1 sometimes has these meltdowns towards the end of the day when she's extremely tired. Maybe your DD is overwhelmed by having spent a whole day at school and simply just overtired? Sorry can't help anymore!

My DD held out for nearly 3 hours last night over veggie soup. On the weekend I put her in the garden to have her tantrum and refused to let her in till she stopped. She stood outside the door kicking it and screaming at the top of her lungs :) I was waiting for the neighbours to call the police. I don't know why people talk about the terrible twos - it's the effing fours and fives they need to warn you about! Grin

Stand firm mama and you will win!
