15 week growth spurt?

Hello. My daughter (15 weeks) has spent the last week suddenly constantly feeding. Every 2 hours daytime, and at night she wakes around 4 times to be fed, wheareas she used to be able to sleep for 6 hours at night. Is this a growth spurt and if so how long might it last? I thought a couple of days was standard? Could it be my milk supply? my breasts do seem to get very full quickly and I can easily express 2 ounces so I don't think that's the problem really. Anyone had the same problem / behavoiur? anything I should / could do other than feed her on demand? Many thanks

My dd is 14 weeks on Wednesday. Use to sleep 6 ish hours at night sometimes more. She has been doing 3 ish hours the last week and has always fed 2 hourly in the day (snack feeds) which I don't mind. But I can feel the difference at night. Growth spurt too I think she's been in 6-9m babygros for the past week lol

Yes, there's a famous 16 week spurt and she's eating in preparation. Sounds like you're doing all the right things, but expect her sleep to get a bit disturbed for a few weeks.
