Toddler logic (just for fun)

What has everyone's tots been coming out with lately? I love toddler logic. It's hilarious. And really quite insightful.

18 month DD:

Tiger = Bee Cat!
Dandelion = Ra Ra Fla Fla (geddit?)
Toilet = Mummy potty

My favourite the other day when it rained after being sunny. She looked out the window, pointed and declared wet sun!

Mine calls petit filous 'Betty Bifloo'. Not particularly logical but it makes us laugh!

It's so cute when they get things a bit confused isn't it. I know I should correct her but I don't want DD to stop calling rabbits muppets!

Vans were lorry cars' to my DS1 :D
DS3 declared an ambulance a 'weewah bus' :D

I miss these little quirks when they grow up. DS1 is now 18 but i still remember it fondly.

Dh's glasses are "daddy's eyes".

All men with beards, glasses or hair like dh are daddy... not so cute when he is talking to random strangers on a bus and calling them all daddy!

DD started calling her trainers 'choo choos'. I didn't get it at first but then realised she's getting mixed up with 'train' - makes me laugh!!!

Haha. So cute. DD called the Queen on a stamp Nana the other day! Nana wasn't impressed.

DD (5) sometimes calls wrists "hand ankles" and ankles "feet wrists" :)

My 3 yr old ds says "great big snakes" instead of "for goodness sakes" trying to copy grandma!
