Ignore "Sleep Problems" - just found the sleep board!

Sorry everyone! Found the right board now!

my baby (10 months old tomorrow) is very clingy so much so that i cant leave her with anyone. she will scream so hard that she often gets sick...coz of this i dont get out much and its getting me down.. i know she is at the stage of separation anxiety..i dont want her to be upset and sick..any suggestions?

Would it help to have lots of contact with other people? maybe you can start by attending a parent and baby group where she can be with other people under your supervision, with time she may grow more confident and it will be easier to leave her with people she knows.
