Hi my son is nearly 2, he appears to be cutting his fangs at the moment, however I am finding him a nightmare, grizzily, loss of appetite (he's hardly eating anything at the moment) and they seem to be taking ages to come through, longer than a month, maybe 2. I haven't had many problems with his other teeth coming through, although he was a late teething 1st tooth arrived at 14 months. Anyone else found these teeth a nightmare????

Sorry to say but IME, the fangs are the worst of all and my DD has suffered with all her teeth!
She started teething her 4 fangs on April 6th and the first one actually cut mid June. All 4 are now through but not completely. Dentist also told me they are often the worst ones.

Yes, the canines are the worst. I think because they are the only ones that come up with a tooth already at either side, so there is more general movement too, than when there is a gap and the tooth just has to break through. It is a horrible time but teething granules and calpol will help.

Oh no! Wish I knew that before I got DD's MMR booster done. MMR & fangs. Sad
