ADHD- ds1 says he has no friends

Ds1 is so upset, he says he has no friends. He is on medication for his ADHD, which helps but he is feeling so low at the moment.
I just want to boost his confidence again.

how old is he?
my children (not adhd) have also been through friendless phases.
I was adhd as a child, and pretty much did have no friends, so understand what he is going through. Sorry, thats not much help! Hope the medication will work, and he will get friendly with some other children soon.
