how to swap forumula?

hi just a quick question.
i want to swap from cow and gate comfort to hipp organic.
should.i do it gradually or just do it all at once.
i swapped once before but it was the same brand so i just did it.
advice needed please! :)

That's exactly the same move that I made! I just went for it and everything was fine. Remember to read the instructions as they do have slightly different making instructions. Good luck!
