Hi there
My lovely girly gave me a blissful 2 weeks of sleeping through 7pm-6am. But the last 5 days it's back to old ways.....she wakes at 4.30am with her usual chat but half an hour later she begins to whine and can't seem to settle without the bottle. I give her about 5oz.
Now the good thing is she goes straight back to sleep til 7/7.30 which is nice lie in for me. But her morning bottle is refused and even brekkie at 9ish is a struggle to get down her. Then the past 2 morning nap times have been a battle to get her down.....I'm thinking due to hunger.
Shall water the 4am feed down or just reduce every couple of days???
Thanks

DS normally (not this week arg!) wakes at 5.30 for a feed then when he gets back up he has breakfast, I just treat an early morning feed as his morning one.if I offered milk first we wouldn't have breakfast till quite late so it just makes it easier.

He's not one to ever refuse food or milk though Blush

She could also be changing her naps, at 6.5 months ds has decided he only wants 2! We've gone from 9/10am nap to 11am x

Hi janey
Was you Bubs overtired cause of this. I hope your right, I hate all these day sleeps.
I have real phobia of over tiredness which I need to chill out. My lo only does 30/40 minute naps and I try and get her in her cot for at least one a day.....think I'm being a bit rigid bout it all and need to relax.

Yeh he's been getting really overtired come evening especially. Have found today and yesterday he's had monster morning naps and then shattered again an hour later, nightmare! He slept 9-12 (I fell asleep too or would have woke him at 11) then back to sleep at 1.30!
