Can teething affect ears & balance?

DD has been going through a really tough time with her teeth lately and has been particularly grumpy with it today. But I've also noticed that today she's been extra clumsy and falling over/losing her footing much more than what I'd call normal for her. Could it be teething-related or something else? Obviously I'll try to monitor it tomorrow and see how she goes. She's just not been herself today at all, it's like she's drunk! Bit worried.

Hi she could have an ear infection which can cause balance difficulties I would take her to the gp to have her ears and throat checked.hth
