Hi, We've just seen the very tips of our daughters first new teeth, and was wondering if anybody knew how long they will take to come through fully?...thanks

hey I'm wondering the same too, I just felt the tip of her first one today Smile

Hiya

Well we saw the first one at 13 weeks, which after 2 days promptly went back under.... Fairly common with very early teethers apaprantly.

That aside, if it is one of the front lowers, then it will prob grow fairly steady, and within a week be a proper stump. To come all the way through.... hmmm about 6 weeks I think

6 weeks, my daighters 10 months now so looks like I'll have to get used to not having any sleep again..thanks

They do take a will to come through full but once they have cut the gum a reasonable amount they are no longer particularly uncomfortable . Generally 3-4 days at the most.
