never wants to play what the others are playing, constantly lingers and says "im bored" over and over even though various activitys have been offered?

tell them 'in my day all we had to play with were sticks and mud.....'

show them how much fun you are having playing the game and see if you can tempt them to join in that way.

Sounds like me. I turned out ok though, or so I like to believe.
