Nipping laziness in the bud!

Is there anything I can do to curb DS's laziness while he still small? Much of it may just be typical toddler stuff but I'd like to do all I can to help him grow up more motivated. Mummy is a do-er, Daddy is lazy. He's definitely taking after DH at the moment! Any ideas?

In what way does he seem lazy?

LaTristesse · 01/07/2012 18:35

Won't feed himself, although he can very easily. He says he's hungry but when dinner is served he refuses to eat it unless I feed him. Won't play with his toys a lot of time, prefers to bash stuff about or roll around on the sofa, that sort of stuff... He is struggling with early waking so maybe it could all be down to tiredness? DH got lazy at some point though, how can I avoid him following suit?

Isn't it more to do with tiredness though.
I'd be having words with Dh.
They need good role models!
