Elefanten shoes?

Can I find them anywhere in the UK? DS's doctor recommended them for in-toeing, I've searched online but no luck. I know they were bought by Clarks a few years ago and apparently Umi are pretty much the same as Elefanten now, but no one seems to have heard of them. I'm a bit reluctant to buying online as ideally he should have them fitted, but am willing to give it a go if I can't find them anywhere else.

TIA

Try Ricosta, they are just as good and are available in independent shoe shops.

Clarks only bought elefanten so that they could shut it down, they didnt like quality competitiionSad.

Here in Germany Deichmann stock a small range of Elefanten - have you maybe tried the British Deichmann website? Failing that they are still widely available in Germany, so you could try a German independent website and get them sent over.

Elefanten are seriously good quality for younger kids. DD1 used to have very broad feet and Elefanten were the only shoes to fit her properly. Seriously expensive, though. We also buy Ricosta quite often, but I don't know if they do the same broad fittings as Elefanten.

The Dutch suppliers also have a website (it's a national chain, so they probably do international delivery). They're great shoes, Clarks don't fit DS's very wide feet, but Elefanten do.
