rashes

my little girl has developed a rash on the back if her neck how can i tell if this is heat or allergy or something more serious. not in the um atm so not able to see a gp easily.

Does it fade under pressure, spotty or flat ? Could it be a sweat rash or reaction to different washing powder, shampoo etc or may she have headlice or scabies ?

I did take her in the end it was an allergic reaction to god knows what. Lots of cuddle till she is better.
