14 month old lunchtime nap / evening sleep

Hello. My DS is 14.5 months old and has decided to cut out morning naps and just do a two hour-ish sleep at lunchtime. The trouble is, he must go into such a deep sleep that getting him to sleep at 7.15pm is a bleeding nightmare. He just won't go to sleep until at least 8pm now. He's eating well and has plenty of running about exercise to tire him out but nothing is working.

Arghhhhh, any help appreciated!

Maybe try 1.5 hours max at lunchtime?

What time at lunchtime does your lo sleep? Maybe he needs an earlier bedtime?? Counterintuitive, I know, but I know both of mine slept better with an early bedtime - ie before they got too tired...

My 15 mo has dropped his morning nap and now sleeps for 1-1.5 hours after lunch (12.30-2pm roughly). He is still very ready for bed at 7.15.

I would think about pulling his lunchtime forward a bit
