My DD2 has just turned 2 & we've just had an appointment through for her 2 year review. That got me thinking about when was the last time we actually saw the health visitor & I don't think we've actually seen her since DD2s 9 month review. In fact, other than the initial period of handover from the midwife, I think the only other times I've actually seen a HV has been when DD2 has had her immunisations at 2, 3 & 4 months (DD2 had her MMR & boosters at 13 months but I'm pretty sure we just saw the nurse that time).
I seem to remember seeing the HV more often with DD1 (now 5yo) although she was my pfb 
. I also used to take DD1 to a drop in clinic to get her weighed every couple of months but I haven't bothered with DD2 as I now work during the times the clinic runs so it would have been more awkward.
Should I have been seeing the HV more often? I've had no problems or worries with DD2 so its not something I've really thought about until now but I don't want to be told off at the 2yr review for the length of time its been since I last saw her
