I'm not sure if this is a bonkers idea but I'm wondering if you can bypass baby jetlag by just carrying on as if you haven't changed time zone...?
I'm living abroad and coming to the UK for 3 weeks in the summer with a 6 month old. Rather than getting DS to adjust to the time difference (UK = 6 hours ahead) I'm wondering if I can just put him to bed a lot later than I usually would - say midnight instead of 6.30/7pm. I'm thinking that maybe that way there will be less upheaval and sleep disruption. Or does it not work like that?
Thoughts and advice please!
